DUAL-ACTION EAR CARE
Introducing Zynawax Ear Drops, a gentle, natural formulation with a dual function:
✓Helps treat and resolve otitis externa (swimmer’s ear)
Zynawax penetrates hardened ear wax, helping to soften and loosen accumulated wax so that it can drain naturally or be removed more easily, reducing the need for aggressive cleaning or repeated ear irrigation.
Otitis externa, commonly known as swimmer’s ear, affects the external ear canal and is frequently associated with moisture remaining in the ear after swimming or bathing.
Zynawax helps treat and resolve otitis externa, providing additional ear-care support for swimmers and people prone to swimmer’s ear.
- Dual-Action Formula: Helps manage both excess ear wax and swimmer’s ear.
- Softens & Loosens Ear Wax: Penetrates hardened wax to facilitate gentle removal.
- Helps Treat Swimmer’s Ear: Helps treat and resolve otitis externa (swimmer’s ear).
- Helps Restore Comfort: Assists in relieving the blocked or uncomfortable sensation associated with excessive wax build-up.
- Supports Better Hearing: Removal of obstructing wax may help restore hearing affected by wax accumulation.
- Gentle & Easy to Use: Convenient drops for simple at-home ear care.
- 100% Natural & Organic: A natural approach to routine ear care without harsh chemicals.
- Blocked or plugged ears
- Temporary reduction in hearing
- Ear discomfort or a feeling of fullness
- Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)
- Itching of the ear canal
- Difficulty comfortably wearing hearing aids or earphones
Regular use of cotton buds can push wax deeper into the ear canal and increase the risk of impaction.

Efficacy
1. What is Zynawax Ear Drops used for?
Zynawax Ear Drops has a dual function:
• Softens and loosens accumulated ear wax
• Helps treat and resolve otitis externa (swimmer’s ear)
2. How does Zynawax help remove ear wax?
Zynawax penetrates hardened or compacted ear wax, helping to soften and loosen the wax so that it can drain naturally or be removed more easily.
3. What are the signs of excessive ear wax?
A build-up of ear wax may cause blocked or “full” ears, reduced hearing, discomfort, itching or tinnitus. It can also make wearing hearing aids or earphones uncomfortable.
4. What is swimmer’s ear?
Swimmer’s ear, medically known as otitis externa, is inflammation or infection of the external ear canal. It is commonly associated with water or moisture remaining in the ear after swimming, showering or bathing.
5. Can Zynawax be used for swimmer’s ear?
Yes. Zynawax helps treat and resolve otitis externa (swimmer’s ear) and is particularly useful for swimmers and people prone to recurrent external ear problems.
6. How do I use Zynawax Ear Drops?
Tilt your head with the affected ear facing upward. Instil 3–5 drops into the ear and keep your head tilted for approximately 5–10 minutes. Allow excess liquid to drain and gently wipe the outer ear.
7. Is bubbling or frothing normal?
Yes. Mild bubbling or frothing may occur after applying Zynawax and is generally a normal part of the product’s action.
8. Can Zynawax help with blocked ears?
If the blocked sensation is caused by accumulated ear wax, Zynawax can help soften and loosen the wax, making it easier to clear.
9. Can Zynawax be used before ear irrigation or wax removal?
Yes. By softening hardened wax beforehand, Zynawax may make subsequent wax removal easier and more comfortable.
10. Can I use cotton buds to remove the loosened wax?
Avoid inserting cotton buds or other objects deep into the ear canal, as these may push wax further into the ear or cause injury.
11. When should I seek medical advice?
Consult a healthcare professional if you experience severe ear pain, bleeding, discharge, significant hearing loss, dizziness, persistent symptoms, or if you suspect a perforated eardrum.
12. How should Zynawax be stored?
Store at or below 25°C, away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Shake well before use and keep out of reach of children.
13. Is Zynawax natural?
Yes. Zynawax forms part of the Zynapharm range of 100% Natural, 100% Organic and 100% South African products.
