Opened or used personal care items such as deodorants, sanitizers, and foot hygiene sprays.
Products that have been tampered with, including broken seals, missing packaging, or damaged labels.
Perishable items or products with an expiration date.
Refund Eligibility:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-returnable items. However, we will provide a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and a clear photo of the damage.
Incorrect Order: If you received the wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
Refund Processing Time:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exemptions:
We do not cover return shipping costs for non-returnable products unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect order.
